PRIVACY & SECURITY
We take many additional steps than expected from a typical online shop to ensure your privacy and security are not compromised. Our analytics tool merely collects a few anonymous data publicly available when you browse the web. We explicitly do not enable stats sharing that would allow advertisers to make use of your browsing data. We process payments through third-party vendors and do not store any personal payment data on our site.
One more thing you may notice is our entire site is encrypted in SSL with some of the highest settings available (notice the “https” in the URL). You may notice the same when you visit your bank website.
We are happy to ship our products internationally. If payment by credit cards are not available in your countries, you can use the “Bank Transfer” option during checkout. We will send you further instructions after the order has been submitted. Please note that local rules and customs may vary; it is in your best interests to verify whether you can receive letters/packages from the US without problems. Unfortunately, customs fees and taxes will be your responsibility.
We generally ship shop products within 1-3 business days after receiving orders. Because of the package size, we thought USPS would be best option for shipping. For regular shipping, you can expect to receive the products around 5-7 business days in the US, or 2-3 weeks internationally, depending on your location. Rush shipping is available through checkout though, should you have a sudden urge for beautiful stationeries. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If for any reasons you need to return our products, we are happy to process the refunds or exchanges, assuming the products are still in their original conditions (unused and unopened). There is no limit on return period. However, customers are responsible for sending the items back. Products can be exchanged for equal-priced products in the same category, and shipping cost for exchanged products is additional.
We do hope you will not have to, though.
